I wondered the same thing. There's a demand for the products so you most likely won't find them at wholesale prices. If you have a sales and tobacco license for your state you can contact the distributors. They are listed on most of the blender's sites. There are a few like C&D though that you can buy most bulk items direct.If you have a retail tax number and a tobacco tax permit in your state, you can buy from a distributor easily enough. The guys you buy retail from are just that, RETAILERS and as such cannot resell wholesale. It's all tied up in the State/Federal tax regs.
